Craig Martin is a partner in Lamson Dugan & Murray and leads its construction group, where he focuses his practice on advising small to medium-sized business owners on day to day legal issues, including employment law and general operations, and should the need arise, in litigation.

Craig also serves on the Board for Skutt Catholic High School in Omaha.

Craig is in the deaconate formation program in the Archdiocese of Omaha. He and his wife have 3 children and are members of St. Robert Catholic Church in Omaha, Nebraska.

Craig received his B.A. degree from Creighton University and his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dan Waters, J.D.

Dan Waters is a partner in LDM's business department. Dan regularly advises for-profit organizations, charitable organizations, and individuals in the areas of corporate governance, commercial and real estate transactions, estate planning and business succession planning.

Dan is a member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council, a regular speaker at local seminars, including corporate governance and estate planning, and an active member on the boards of local charitable organizations. He is also a designated Charter Advisor in Philanthropy.

Prior to joining Lamson, Dugan & Murray, Dan worked as the annual fund director for Creighton Preparatory High School, a Jesuit all-boys school in Omaha, Nebraska.

Dan is a graduate of Marquette University and Creighton University School of Law. He and his wife have four children and are members of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Elkhorn, Nebraska.
